WHO WE ARE

Founded in 2018, White Bark Property Management, LLC is a privately held, full-service real estate investment and property management firm with a growing portfolio of more than 400 residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hospitality units across the Northeast. 

With offices in Maine and Connecticut, and deep roots throughout New England, we specialize in the acquisition, rehabilitation, construction, and rental management of properties ranging from affordable housing to high-end luxury developments.

As one of the largest landlords in Maine, our focus is on long-term value creation and community revitalization. Whether restoring a historic building, developing new housing, or managing tenant relationships with care and professionalism, we operate with transparency, local insight, and a commitment to quality.

Backed by decades of experience in design, construction, and operations, our nimble, cross-functional team takes pride in delivering reliable service, thoughtful growth, and responsible stewardship across every property we own and manage.

HOW WE WORK

At White Bark Property Management, we believe responsible development starts with respect – for the communities we invest in, the people who live there, and the history that shaped them.

That’s why we prioritize restoration over demolition, giving renewed life to existing structures rather than contributing to long-term vacancy, costly new construction, or the loss of community character.

Our projects are designed to have a low impact on communities and a high impact on quality of life – reviving dangerous or vacant buildings, preserving architectural details, and creating safe, functional homes and businesses.

We work with local crews and contractors, creating jobs and keeping investment in the communities where we operate. Whenever possible, we donate salvaged materials to shelters and nonprofit partners or repurpose usable items to minimize waste – extending the life of resources while helping those in need.

From affordable housing to historic commercial renovations, our work is guided by a belief in thoughtful reuse, environmental responsibility, and inclusive growth. Every decision we make is rooted in stewardship – of place, of property, and of community.
